I am authorized to register this church and to bind it to the Participating Church Agreement.Our church carries commercial general liability insurance, and I have confirmed (or will confirm with our broker before our first ride) that a volunteer driver ministry is covered.Our church carries, or will obtain before our first ride, non-owned automobile liability coverage (SPF No. 6 or equivalent) for volunteers driving their own vehicles on church business.Our church — not C-Cab — will vet and approve every driver before their first ride, including verifying their licence and insurance, and will pause or remove drivers where safety warrants.Rides will be free to riders and our drivers will be unpaid volunteers; any expense reimbursement will follow CRA reasonable-allowance rates.I have read and agree to the Participating Church Agreement, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy on behalf of the church.Sign with your full legal nameTyping your name is your electronic signature — it's recorded with today's date and the agreement version.
