Privacy Policy

What we collect. Name, phone number, email, pickup addresses, ride history, and — for drivers — vehicle details, licence and insurance images, and (only while sharing during an active ride) live location.

How it's used. Solely to coordinate rides: your church's coordinator sees requests to arrange them; your matched driver sees your name, phone, and pickup address for that ride; riders see their driver's name, vehicle, and approximate or shared position. We send text messages about your own rides.

What we never do. No selling of data, no advertising, no sharing outside your church's coordination team, no location tracking outside an active ride you can see on screen.

Retention & access. Ride history is kept for the church's records; ask your coordinator to correct or delete your information at any time. Data lives on servers controlled by the C-Cab pilot team.
