C-Cab connects members of participating churches with volunteer drivers from their own congregation, at no cost to riders. C-Cab is a coordination tool: it is not a transportation carrier, does not employ drivers, and does not provide insurance.

Volunteer drivers confirm they hold a valid driver's licence, are insured to carry passengers under their own auto policy, and will follow all traffic laws. Each church's coordinator approves drivers before their first ride; approval is the church's responsibility.

Riders understand that rides are provided by volunteers in personal vehicles, accept them at their own discretion, and agree to treat volunteers with respect. Riders and their guardians are responsible for any required child seats or mobility equipment.

Assumption of risk & release. To the maximum extent permitted by law, riders release C-Cab, participating churches, and volunteer drivers from liability arising out of ordinary negligence connected with volunteer transportation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Accounts may be suspended for misuse. Churches may pause or remove drivers and riders at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
