Accessibility

C-Cab exists for people who cannot easily get themselves to church — many of them older, many with limited mobility or sight. Being usable by everyone is not a nice-to-have here; it is the point.

1. Our standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the site and the app, on phones and on computers, and we test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers as we build.

2. What is in place

Every image has a text alternative or is marked decorative. Every form field has a visible label. Every button and link has a clear name. Focus is always visible. Touch targets are at least 44 pixels. Text and background colours meet contrast targets. Input text is at least 16 pixels so phones do not zoom. The site honours your reduced-motion setting and freezes the animated background. Pages carry proper headings and language tagging, and everything works with a keyboard.

3. Known limitations

Our maps are visual. Every church on the map is also listed in text, with its address and next service, on the Churches page.

The decorative animated background cannot yet be paused with a button; turning on reduce motion in your device settings freezes it.

Printed or PDF versions of the agreements are not offered yet — ask and we will send one.

4. Tell us

If something is hard to use, email luke@aimediacorp.net or ask your coordinator to pass it on. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them first.
