Refund & Cancellation Policy

There is nothing to refund because you are never charged. If anyone ever asks you to pay for a C-Cab ride, tell us at luke@aimediacorp.net.

$20 CAD a month per church, billed in advance to the card on file through Stripe, renewing automatically each month until cancelled. We have committed that this price will not rise. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout, and your coordinator receives a Stripe receipt for every charge.

Cancel at any time from Manage billing on your coordinator board; it opens Stripe's secure portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for; your church stays fully active until then and is not charged again. No phone call, no email, no waiting.

First month: if C-Cab is not right for your church, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.

After that, monthly fees are not refunded for unused time — except that if we end your church's membership for any reason other than a breach of the Church Agreement, we refund the unused part of the current month.

Refunds go back to the original card, normally within ten business days. Nothing here limits rights under Alberta consumer-protection law.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your coordinator sees a past-due notice on the board with a button to update the card. If it stays unpaid for 30 days we may pause your church's public listing until it is fixed. Nothing is deleted.
